1- All prices are fixed.

2- No refund or issuing balance card.

3- No claim / no exchange on 40% & 50% discounted items.

4- No claim on Chinyere accessories.

5- Claim only with original bill will be entertained and within 30-days of purchase.

6- No alteration on sale items.

7- No exchange after 30-days of purchase.

8- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter only with winter.

9- Inter-brand exchange will not be allowed.

10- You have to settle your exchange balance at the same time.

11- Please follow washing instructions given on the label very carefully.
