Return and Exchange Policy - Minnie Minors

Eligibility

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return your purchase and use the same amount towards a future purchase.

How does this work?

Simply email us at help@minnieminors.com to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to include your Order ID in the email.

Till when can I claim this?

Please ensure you send in your request within 30 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after this period.

How do I send the item back?

Once your request has been approved, you will need to courier the item back to us. We will share the necessary details with you via email.

What about shipping costs?

We regret that we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged when received by the customer
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Promotional free shipping was applied

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Is there an alternative option?

Yes! You can visit any Minnie Minors store and purchase something for the same amount. Please bring your original receipt and settle the balance at the time of purchase.

Does this apply to sale items as well?

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What about Minitoes?

Minitoes accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What about international orders?

Currently, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

What if I want to cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help@minnieminors.com. Please refer to our Customer Care Section for further details.

Please Note:

  • Refunds can only be claimed within one month.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must remain intact.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items, and winter items only with winter stock.
  • Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
